Some Examples of Pages from my Brochure

I am also designing a brochure to coincide with the poster I designed. The brochure's intention is to educate Bayside Village residents of why smoke alarms are so crucial and how to properly maintain them. Here are some pages I have been working on that are also a work in progress but should be finalized by this weekend.

Here we go again

Poster Concept 1

This is definitely a WORK IN PROGRESS....and I am going to put a little more text that is very brief about the maintenance of smoke alarms, but feedback would be great.
Do you think the smaller subscript should be more like "test your smoke alarms monthly and replace the batteries annually" or a statistic that says " 40% of home fire deaths occur in homes where no smoke alarms are present, test yours today to ensure your family the best chance of survival" ?????

Problem Statement: Residents of Bayside Village, a large housing complex in SF, neesd to recognize the necessity of properly working smoke alarms and the importance of maintaining them.

Purpose Statement: The purpose of this study was to determine an effective way to educate residents of Bayside Village of the importance of proper maintenance of smoke alarms.
